Incorporated in 1956, we value diversity and inclusivity, and we strive to create a welcoming and respectful environment for all. Our buildings have many newly updated amenities including a fitness center, laundry rooms, bike storage, and more.

Gardens
Two community gardens along Northern Boulevard, the 34th Avenue Open Street, between 90th and 91st streets.
Playgrounds
Two community courtyards with access to playground equipment.
Fitness Center
GYM TECH services all of our gym equipment in the fitness center. All machines such as lat pull down, leg press, treadmills, ellipticals and more are available. Contact the office for a membership.
Laundry Services
CSC ServiceWorks services all of our laundry machines. There are washers and dryers in every laundry room, you must buy a laundry card inside of the laundry room to access the machines.
On-Site Storage Rooms
Bargold Storage Systems provides safe, clean, secure storage lockers in several buildings.
Bicycle Storage
Bicycle Storage is available, accessible from the Northern Boulevard garden. Contact the office for a spot.
Indoor Parking
Located along the ground floor level of each building, contact the office to be added to the waiting list.
Selfhelp/NORC
We’re a proud participant in the Selfhelp Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NORC) Program!
Rumpus Room
Located on the ground floor level of The Inwood with a private entrance on 90th street and 34th Avenue, the Rumpus Room is available to be rented at a charge. Contact the office for availability.
