Our cooperative community is located in Jackson Heights, NY.
Incorporated in 1956, we value diversity and inclusivity, and we strive to create a welcoming and respectful environment for all. Our buildings have many newly updated amenities including a fitness center, laundry rooms, bike storage, and more.
Amenities
Gardens
There are two community gardens. One along Northern Boulevard and the second on 34th Avenue Open Street.
Playgrounds
Two community courtyards have playground equipment. The “small playground” is for younger children, generally 3-8 years old. The “big playground” is for older children.
Fitness Center
The fitness center is available from 6AM to 11PM. All machines such as lat pull down, leg press, treadmills, ellipticals and more are available. Contact the Cooperative Office for a membership.
Laundry Rooms
There are three shared laundry rooms, open from 6AM to 11PM, each with washers and dryers. You must buy a laundry card inside of the laundry room to access the machines.
On-Site Storage Rooms
Bargold Storage Systems provides safe, clean, secure storage lockers in several buildings.
Bicycle Storage
Bicycle Storage is available, accessible from the Northern Boulevard garden and 34th Avenue Garden. Contact the Cooperative Office for availability.
Indoor Parking
Located on the ground floor level of each building, indoor parking is provided for a minimum charge. Contact the Cooperative Office to be added to the waiting list.
Selfhelp/NORC
We’re proud to partner with neighboring co-ops and Selfhelp under a NYC-funded program to provide services and activities that help residents over the age of 60 stay engaged, healthy, and active in their homes and the community.
Community Room
Located on the ground floor level of the Inwood building with a private entrance on 90th street and 34th Avenue, the Community Room available to be rented at a charge. Contact the Cooperative Office for availability.
